Today, I'm technically leading a team at SAP building microservices for AI-powered products, with a focus on designing reliable systems while exploring what's next in AI and agent architectures.
For 16+ years, I've moved between hands-on engineering, architecture, and technical leadership across startups, consulting, education, and large-scale engineering organizations. Whatever the technology or environment, I keep the fundamentals at the centre: sound system design, clear interfaces, maintainable code, honest trade-offs, and teams that can move with confidence and independence.
I'm still close to code. I review designs, challenge assumptions, dig into hard problems, and help engineers find simpler paths through complexity.
